Gregg Davis is a self-proclaimed real estate junkie.  He is also a fourth generation Idahoan.  Living in the Treasure Valley his entire life gives Gregg a broad understanding of the region's exciting business, real estate, geological, recreational, and political environment.  Gregg spent the past two decades fully emersed in commercial real estate, property management, and investments.  As CFO of one of the largest property management companies in the area, Gregg assisted his clients with asset acquisitions, value add strategies, forced appreciation, and disposition.  Licensed as a real estate salesperson since 2006, Gregg has over 15 years of real estate sales experience and has built a network of investors, owners, and buyers that allows him to create opportunities for his clients that others can't.

Commercial Northwest

After earning his Idaho real estate salesperson license in 2006, Gregg worked as part of Commercial Northwest Brokerage team.  In 2009, the entire team joined KW Commercial to launch the brand in the Treasure Valley.  As part of the Nancy Lemas Team at KW Commercial, Gregg grew his knowledge and understanding of every aspect of commercial real estate while providing research, financial underwriting, and brokerage support services until 2016 when he began his own brokerage career as part of that team.  In 2020, Gregg ventured out on his own while remaining with KW Commercial, and in 2022, Gregg launched his own team, High Ground Commercial Real Estate as part of KW Commercial's national network.

During and after his time at College of Idaho, Gregg began as an intern through a Kaufman internship with Commercial Northwest, a boutique local property management and brokerage firm where he quickly worked through the ranks and eventually became CFO.

1999-2003

College of Idaho

Gregg attended College of Idaho on a full-ride scholarship from the Warren E. McCain foundation.  Gregg's majored in Finance and had an emphasis in Economics.  In 2003, Gregg graduated Magna Cum Laude.  As a student, Gregg also served as a Resident Assistant for two years, cutting his property management teeth.
